Process to Apply for any Rental:

The following documents will need to be completed:

1. 1. Application to rent
   2. FICA
   3. Expenses

The above documents can all be found for download at properties to rent.

Please ensure you read all instructions below.  Should we receive an application where our instructions have not been followed the application will be returned as rejected.

 Please remove all passwords from documents it makes it extremely difficult to work with the passwords

ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE CORRECTLY SCANNED IN AS PDF NO PHOTOS OF DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED

ONLY SCANNED IN ORIGINAL BANK STATEMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED

Please note due to multiple applications going out another applicant could get approved first so therefore it is imperative to get all documents sent back as soon as possible.  

Attached please find application to rent, expense sheet and FICA documents for completion.  FICA document must be completed by all persons who will be staying in the unit and are over the age of 18 years, only the first page needs completing.  

The application must be completed in full any gaps in the application will result in the application not proceeding.  All persons who will be lease holders must complete the application and all occupants over the age of 18 must complete their details and provide copy of certified ID, cell number and work details.  Bank Statements and other documents will not be required for occupants.  All lease holders must provide the following and all documents must be certified: 

Copy of ID

Proof of address

3 months bank statements

3 months payslips

Copy of SARS number

If  you are also completing a pet application the following documents will be required:

1. Vet card showing pet’s vaccinations and sterilized / neutered
2. Photos of pets showing breed and size
3. Pet application to be completed

Should any of the applicants be self employed the following will be required

Copy of ID

Proof of address

6 months personal and business bank statements

Letter from accountant confirming income

Copy of SARS number

Company documents

Proof applicant is only director of company 

Failure to supply any of the documents will result in the application not being considered.

Please only return application once all documents are completed and signed and once all documents are attached.  No application will be considered if we do not receive all that is required.
